It takes courage and vulnerability to seek support. Finding the right therapist to explore the many aspects of who you are can be daunting, which is why I strive to create a safe and inclusive space where every part of you is honored in the relationship. In our work together, I will offer you guidance as you process challenging emotions, provide encouragement to nurture your strengths, and empower you to access the wisdom within to heal disconnected parts seeking your attention.

Together we will explore deeply rooted dysfunctional beliefs that have formed throughout life experiences that keep you stuck and unfulfilled. Throughout sessions, you will learn to develop regulation strategies to manage symptoms you experience related to distressing thoughts & emotions.

In order to get the most out of therapy, I encourage you to incorporate the skills & knowledge gained in therapy outside of sessions in order to continue fostering your own growth and resilience.

Fee

My fee for a 50-min session is $165.
